Phirst Park Homes, a Century
Properties Group, Inc. project, is a 26-hectare community in Tanza, Cavite.
It is accessible via Governor’s Drive and just three minutes away from SM Trece Martires City.
A dedicated Homeowners' Association (HOA) manages this growing community, ensuring security,
satisfaction, and respect.
The subdivision features attractively designed homes with a move-in-ready concept, including future
expansion options.
The community includes a clubhouse, pools, function rooms, and outdoor amenities such as a
basketball court, open-air cinema,
picnic area, and skate park. Walking, cycling, and running paths enhance overall health benefits.
The Central Park promotes healthy living with play areas, an outdoor gym, and a Bark Park.
Security is provided with 24/7 guards, a reinforced perimeter fence, and CCTV.
Plus, the area is flood-free.
The Homeowners Association of Phirst Park Homes - Tanza is committed to providing a wide range of essential services to ensure the convenience, comfort, and satisfaction of its residents. These services are designed to cater to various needs, from financial management to community engagement, making living in the community a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Among the key services offered are the following:
1. How to pay Homeowners Association dues?
The payment process can be done either through cash or bank transfer. For bank
transfers,
there's a BDO account used by the HOA admin office. Homeowners can transfer their payment through BDO.
If they prefer, they can also pay at the Homeowners Association office. When paying online, they need
to submit the proof of payment to the HOA Admin via email or Viber. Once the HOA Admin receives the
proof,
it is verified with the bank (as we don't have an online banking system to notify us).
Once the payment reflects in the account, a receipt will be issued. For cash payments,
the receipt is issued immediately upon receiving the payment.
2. What is the renovation process?
There are two types of renovation processes: minor renovation and major
renovation.
For **minor renovation**, homeowners need to submit a sketch plan, list of workers, list of
materials, and a construction bond.
The construction bond is ₱5,000 with a processing fee of ₱500.
For **major renovation**, homeowners first need to submit an architectural plan, which must be
approved by the developer of Phirst
Park Homes-Tanza. Once the developer approves it, the homeowner must process a building permit and
submit it to the admin along with
the list of materials. For major renovation, homeowners will pay ₱20,000 for the construction bond
and ₱1,000 for the processing fee.
3. How to reserve amenities?
Reservations can be made via walk-in, Viber, or email. Usually, the process
involves providing a form that needs to be filled out,
and there are corresponding fees for each reservation. Common amenities that are reserved
include the basketball court, swimming pool,
function room, Function Hall, and Karaoke.
4. How to use the shuttle service?
First, you need to download the "GET Philippines" or "GETPASS"
application. Then, register and complete your profile, and inform the HOA Admin.
The admin will get the registered name or account and approve it. Once approved, the admin
will provide instructions on how to load or manage the application,
as this is what will be used for the shuttle service.
